Reservations are scheduled in order to reserve the studio exclusively, and no other guests are scheduled during that time.

 Please arrive on time for your appointment.   

More than 10 minutes of late arrival and starting of services may result in rescheduling, or unable to complete dry and style. 

The appointment will still finish at the ending time.

PLEASE CONTACT AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR RESERVATION IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL

Other guests are in a queue for earlier available reservations and forgotten appointments or last minute, less than 24 hours notice cancellations prevent others from the opportunity to be able to reserve the studio.

Please understand,

 With the exception of a case of emergency or unforseen urgent circumstances, 

less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a service charge for that time which the salon was  reserved exclusively for you. 

 ~no call-no show~ 

Reservation holder's who do not contact or arrive for the appointment will be charged in full for the service that was scheduled.

There is a courtesy appointment email with the date and time of the appointment that is generated and sent to the email address provided when booking.

It is the reservation holder's responsibility to record the date and time and arrive for the appointment.
